Inline MessageNames.inc into MessageTable.cpp

Move the message-name table from Source/Contents/MessageNames.inc into the messageNames definition in MessageTable.cpp, with its STATIC 0x0115AA88 / GLOBAL gl_13433 provenance, and delete the .inc. No other change: compiled code of every MessageTable function is unchanged (checked against main).
