Rename TextInputBuffer -> CLanguage, TraditionalKeyInput -> CLanguageTC (DHXJ); files -> Language.{h,cpp}, LanguageTC.{h,cpp}. Pure rename, codegen unchanged (382/382 functions identical with includers).
