Move Lexicon*, Text (TextTokens, TextEscapes, Base64), Math/RadialGrid, Hash (MD5, XxHash32) and Cipher (Rijndael, XorBytes) into Source/Utility subfolders; update includes, guards, compile.json and CMakeLists.txt.
